Placenta delivered & uterus confirmed to be empty
Uterine closure in 2 layers
Normal Fallopian tubes and ovaries
Bladder checked
Abdominal closure in layers
Skin closed with subcutaneous Monocryl and glue
Vagina swabbed
Diclofenac administered PR
